Administrative professionals spend what may feel like more than 100% of their time taking care of other people’s needs, concerns and problems. EDGE, an executive assistant professional development program, is offering a workshop to provide training for administrative and executive assistants, as well as the chance to network with colleagues from across the state.
Participants will get in-depth tutorials in the tools of the trade, as well as training in time-management to help better manage projects, work with teams and team members, communicate effectively and delegate projects.
This workshop is the final installment of the modules required for those who are finalizing their EAP Certification. For those completing their EAP certification, certificates will be sent to those who have finished the program once the required modules are completed. Additionally, this event is open to all school or district administrative professionals.
Topics covered include:
- Microsoft PowerPoint
- Working in Excel
- Microsoft Outlook
- Working in the Cloud (Google Docs and Office 365)
- Legal Issue & Crisis Management
