From start to finish, the Women in Leadership Retreat is an event designed for women who want to grow professionally, network with professionals in the field of education and beyond, and share their own expertise and insight with their peers.

The 2018 Women in Leadership Retreat promises to be an enriching and inspiring experience featuring two spectacular keynote speakers. Last year’s keynote speaker Gilda Bonanno will return to present on “Leading and Managing Change.” Caryn Wells, author of “Mindfulness: How School Leaders Can Reduce Stress and Thrive on the Job,” will give the keynote on the second day of the retreat.

The cost of this two-day immersive retreat is $225 (cost of hotel not included).

For those arriving Thursday morning, you can catch the 9:00 a.m. Ferry in Mackinac City or St. Ignace, let Mission Point take your bags to the hotel and join the bike ride – just make sure you’re dressed for biking. You can bring your own bike or rent one on the island. Part of the tour will include stopping along the way for a quick lunch before the retreat starts at noon.  If you are interested, send an email to MASA Conference & Event Planner Diane Dick at
