MASA and MSBO are partnering on a one-day workshop on Feb. 26 that is designed for teams of superintendents and their CFOs to collaboratively learn best practices for finance and operations. The workshop, “Developing Successful Structures for District Business & Operations,” will engage attendees in open discussion. Each participating district is encouraged to bring their toughest issues to this forum for both presentation and problem-solving activities scheduled during each session.
