MASA and MSBO are partnering on this one-day workshop designed to provide a setting for teams of superintendents and their CFOs to collaboratively learn best practices for finance and operations. The workshop will engage attendees in open discussion, with each participating district encouraged to bring their toughest issues to this forum for both presentation and problem-solving activities scheduled during each session.
