How do we transition from remote learning to face to face once the pandemic is really over? What have other states across the country done to prepare, plan and launch a new plan of teaching and learning post-COVID? Dr. Marriam Ewaida, Senior K12 Advisor at Hanover Research will bring along 3 guest superintendents from other parts of the United States to speak to their experiences. They will engage in a discussion of strategies their districts have used to address the impact of COVID on learning loss and mental health (both staff and students), with a specific focus on how it has disproportionally impacted students of color and those living in poverty. Each guest superintendent will share her/his unique experiences and the session will include an opportunity for Q&A.
