Helping your Employees Adapt to the Hard Cap and 80/20 Era

While the financial benefits yielded by hard caps and premium sharing will help budgets, school districts also want to take steps to ensure that their employees receive the best insurance plans for the dollar. This brief discussion will describe how to approach this new environment in a way that is most helpful to school employees and administrators. A range of cost sharing options and benefit plan design configurations will be explored.
