Balancing school budgets has become an overwhelming challenge with the cutback of state and federal funding. Learn about alternative methods of enhancing general fund revenue using business plans and the school election process, while developing an understanding of voter needs and support. Working with school stakeholders to develop existing and new collaborative resources is a goal of this seminar.
