Superintendents and central office leaders spend significant time planning and facilitating meetings and other sessions and making decisions with participation from other stakeholders. Yet, most educational leaders have had limited training on how to plan and facilitate a productive meeting or use strategies for involving others in decision-making. Come to this session and leave with practical strategies and materials you can use and share with your administrative team. There will be a co-presenter from MSU, and local districts will talk about what they are doing with meetings and decisions. We will also share information about the newly designed Ed. D. program focused on practitioners, which will begin in the fall of 2012!
