A few things to remember:

• Plan now to invite your curriculum and instructional specialist. This conference is a perfect way to motivate, inform, and align your full administrative team, heading into the new academic year! The Wednesday morning Preconference event features Deb Pickering, who will discuss "Quality Instruction and Educator Evaluation"(see details). Plus, the conference will include a special strand throughout the conference for firstline assistants focused on "Leading from the Middle."
• MASA will co-host an instructional track of professional learning for firstline assistants throughout the full conference. 
• Friday's agenda looks a little different this year. The General Session will end at 10 a.m., leaving time for 5 optional dialogues on hot-topic issues. These dialogue sessions are at no added cost, but do require preregistration. Preregister 2 ways:
  
  • Select your topic when you register for the full conference
