MASA has created a sample resolution that can be used as a template for adoption by school boards. This resolution encourages the governor and legislature to fully replace the revenues lost through proposed cuts to the personal property tax and to meet their Constitutional responsibility to the children of this state and focus on the perennial and structural deficit that plagues school finance in Michigan.
