The Michigan Municipal Treasurers Association is sponsoring the nationally-recognized Certified Public Funds Investment Manager (CPFIM) certification program, and extend an invitation to MASA members or staff members to join them. The 8-hour training will be held on Monday, July 30th and the testing will be on the morning of Tuesday, July 31st at the Ann Arbor Marriott Ypsilanti at Eagle Crest.
The registration fee for members of the Association of Public Treasurers of the United States and Canada (APT US&C) is $150, and the registration fee for non-members is $240 which will include a 1-year membership with APT US&C.
The registration fee includes the study guide, 8-hour training, testing, continental breakfast (both days), lunch (Monday only), breaks, and a plaque if you successfully complete the program.
The CPFIM certification is not just for treasurers or finance directors and this event is not limited to MMTA members. Please see the attached brochure for additional information regarding the program and share it with anyone in your organization who deals with investing public funds.
