MASSP’s Principal Boot Camp is specially designed for new building administrators in their first through third year. This program—for principals, by principals—provides incredible value and high return on your investment, as well as information you need to be successful on the job now and for years to come.
Intensive basic training your school’s front line
Newly hired principals or fledglings who’ve been on the job for a year or two greatly benefit from this course. Why? Because Boot Camp focuses on things that every principal must handle to be an effective instructional leader.
Reports, forms, meetings, schedules, budgets and plans are just the beginning. Two-day Basic Training starts before school begins, followed by a mid-year Tactical Review, then Boot Camp wraps up with a one-day Post Action Review at the end of the school year. In between those face-to-face meetings, participants will collaborate in online discussion boards, seminars and webinars.
- Intensive “Basic Training”: August 8th and August 9th
- Year-end post action review: June 26th
- Mid-year tactical review: January 8th
