The new MASA Solution Center offers an innovative way for members to find answers to current challenges. Think of it as your own personal answer team, think tank, executive coach and forum all rolled into one convenient portal.

This week's featured question: "I'm unclear about what school personnel can and can't do to communicate positions on ballot proposals and elections. What are other districts doing? What's allowed?"

Each question is forwarded to one of seven Resource Teams; team members will answer the question via direct email to the member. Resource teams comprise MASA staff and experienced superintendents who have expertise or recent success in selected areas of school leadership.

The reply will also post to the Solution Center, allowing other MASA members to join in the discussion. Post your answer, and tell us how you are addressing this issue in your district.
