Welcome to the class of 2011 group for new superintendents. Your first year on the job offers a critical opportunity to establish yourself in the district. MASA will use this group to share announcements on services that will help you adapt as well as reminders of best practices. Your first year will also have its share of surprises that MASA cannot anticipate. To help you on that front, we have enabled a discussion area where you can share thoughts or ask questions of your fellow first-year superintendents. Feel free to use this as a forum for networking and to establish a "cohort" of leadership. Posts within this group will be private - only MASA staff and other 2011 new superintendents have access.
