Based on feedback given after the Fall 2011 MASA conference in Traverse City, we learned that many of you were very interested in utilizinginteractive whiteboards to a greater extent. For those of you who may be unfamiliar with interactive whiteboards, Atomic Learning makes a wonderful set of tutorials that address this. A short introduction video contains information on what they are and how to use them effectively. While many of you are already aware of whiteboards, we still recommend that you watch the introduction video as it contains information on the different kinds of whiteboards and the advantages associated with them. You can watch the introduction video here: http://www.atomiclearning.com/k12/iwb_wkshp To watch the video go to section "A. Introduction to IWB." From there go to video number one. For those unconvinced of the efficacy of the white board, the second video in section A will make a believer out of you. This section of Atomic Learning offers a host of other tutorials which you'll find handy as you implement white boards into the learning environment.
