Submit your proposal for MASA’s 2023 Midwinter Conference

MASA is looking for dynamic presenters who will inspire excellence in our public school leaders during our Midwinter Conference set for January 18-20, 2023 at the Radisson Plaza Hotel at Kalamazoo Center.

Proposals will be accepted based on their connection to the below focus items.

Sessions should focus on:

• School Safety
• Student and staff wellness
• Academics
• School climate
• Family and community engagement
• Postsecondary education
• Adequate, equitable funding
• Consistent funding
• Attracting and retaining top talent
• Innovation in teaching & learning
• Universal Pre-K
• Justice Equity Diversity Inclusion
• Resiliency and effective self-care strategies

Sessions must be focused on professional learning and provide key takeaways for participants. You must be an active MASA member or active 2022-23 Strategic Partner to submit an RFP. All Strategic Partner presentations must include MASA members as co-presenters to provide a district lens. Learn more about becoming a 2022-23 Strategic Partner here.

Learning Sessions will be held on Wednesday, January 18, and Thursday, January 19. Please include at least three attendee takeaways from your session.

To submit a proposal for a Learning Session, fill out the RFP form below and submit it no later than 5 p.m. on Friday, November 11, 2022. You will receive a confirmation email once you have successfully submitted your proposal. Those accepted will be notified by November 28, 2022.
