2025-26 Aspiring Superintendents Academy
MASA’s Aspiring Superintendents Academy is a year-long professional learning experience designed specifically for educators preparing to take the leap into district leadership. This program offers a deep dive into the realities of the superintendent role, building critical leadership skills while fostering meaningful, lasting professional connections.
Tailored to the unique needs of aspiring district leaders, the Academy provides a blend of real-world learning, interactive sessions, and purposeful networking – all in a supportive and engaging environment.
With more than 99% of Michigan’s sitting superintendents as MASA members, we bring unmatched insight, access to up-to-date resources, and connections no other organization can offer. As the state’s leader in superintendent development, MASA curates this experience in partnership with top educational experts and thought leaders across Michigan and the nation – making this program not just informative, but transformative.
We also offer a separate, outstanding program specifically for those in their first year of the superintendency, as their needs are uniquely different. Learn more about the New Superintendents Leadership Academy.
