Description: Requires completion of the Free Application for Federal Student Aid by pupils as a condition of graduation. Boards may exempt pupils from this requirement if the student is unable to complete the FASFA due to extenuating circumstances. At least once a year school boards shall report the number of pupils enrolled that completed the FASFA and the number that was provided an exemption to the department of education.
