Description: Provides for reimbursement of revenue lost to the School Aid Fund as a result of certain exemptions. Requires revenue lost for data center exemptions to be deposited into the School Aid Fund. Under each bill, an amount determined by the Department of Treasury that is equal to all revenue lost to the SAF as a result of the exemption for qualified data centers provided under the respective act would have to be deposited into the SAF.
