District Instructional Leaders Series (DILS) | Michigan Association of Superintendents & Administrators

MASA’s District Instructional Leaders Series (DILS) is an advanced leadership learning experience for instructional administrators focused on people, practice, and priorities. Designed to strengthen leadership capacity while building professional networks and removing silos, this series provides meaningful opportunities for collaboration, reflection, and growth.

Participants will engage in learning that addresses the realities of instructional leadership, strengthens connections with colleagues across districts, and supports effective practices that drive student success and organizational excellence.
