This four-day seminar equips educators and leaders with the tools to effectively lead, participate in, and facilitate professional learning communities – strengthening group processes to improve teaching, learning, and leadership across your organization.

Led by Steve Seward, an authorized Thinking Collaborative Training Associate – bringing expertise in Adaptive Schools and Cognitive Coaching– Steve is a seasoned national consultant, facilitator, and coach with over 25 years in education. His experience spans roles as a teacher, instructional coach, Assistant Superintendent, and university professor. He specializes in adult learning, facilitation, and leadership development to support success for all learners.

Participants will walk away with the skills to strengthen collaboration, facilitate with intention, enhance group communication, and design meetings that drive meaningful learning.
