Day 1 – Communication, Collaboration, and Culture
Focusing on building leadership and collaboration across departments.
Participants will sharpen communication, boost customer service, and cultivate a positive, resilient workplace culture. Through reflection and interactive team activities, leaders leave with shared norms, stronger understanding across teams, and practical strategies to elevate collaboration and service districtwide.
Due to inclement weather, the original start date was postponed and a new date has been scheduled for February 23.
