MASA’s Quickfire Sessions are intensive, three-hour learning opportunities based on member feedback and designed to provide school leaders with essential updates on critical education-related topics – the upcoming session, AI for Evaluations – Efficient, Effective, and Timely, will focus on how to navigate the evaluation process with clarity and confidence.
Participants will review legal requirements – such as final and mid-year evaluations, permissible skips, timelines, and the roles of evaluators and evaluatees. We’ll also share state-specific expectations, ready-to-use AI tools, and strategies for aligning evaluations with professional learning to support growth and accountability.
