MASA’s Quickfire Sessions are intensive, 3.5-hour learning opportunities based on member feedback and designed to provide school leaders with essential updates on critical education-related topics – the upcoming session, District Level Finance, will focus on connecting big-picture thinking to practical impact.
Leaders will gain a clear, practical overview of school budgeting, funding streams, and fiscal stewardship, laying the groundwork for a deeper understanding of budget timelines, key terminology, and how to effectively communicate complex financial information to stakeholders. Emphasis will be placed on strategic planning, forecasting, and making financial decisions that align with district priorities and student outcomes.
Sessions are open to superintendents, central office administrators, and aspiring district leaders.
