MASA’s Quickfire Sessions are intensive, two-hour learning opportunities based on member feedback and designed to provide school leaders with essential updates on critical education-related topics – this particular session will focus on 10,000 foot view of AI.
Artificial intelligence is transforming education at an unprecedented pace, yet many districts are adopting AI tools without a shared vision, clear governance, or thoughtful implementation plan. This session focuses on how district leaders can take the 10,000-foot view of AI, moving beyond individual tools to develop a strategic, district-wide approach. Participants will explore practical strategies for building a guiding coalition, establishing a shared vision, and governance structures, and addressing instructional implications of AI. The goal is to equip leaders with the frameworks and confidence to lead responsible AI implementation that aligns with district priorities, supports innovation, and prepares schools for the future.
Sessions are open to superintendents, central office administrators, and aspiring district leaders.
