Superintendents today are leading in increasingly complex and politicized environments, where local decisions can quickly become public controversies. In this fast-paced session, participants will explore practical strategies for navigating political pressure through a Micro, Meso, and Macro leadership lens. Using real-world case studies, leaders will examine how to respond with clarity, align stakeholders, and lead with confidence in moments that matter most.
