MASA’s Quickfire Sessions are intensive, two-hour learning opportunities based on member feedback and designed to provide school leaders with essential updates on critical education-related topics – this particular session will focus on Leading the Culture You Actually Want.
The first 30 days of the school year set the tone for everything that follows. During this time, your staff quickly learns what is prioritized, what behaviors are accepted, and the kind of leadership they can expect. This session provides practical, ready-to-implement strategies to help you lead with clarity, consistency, and energy – so you can intentionally shape a strong, lasting school culture from day one.
Sessions are open to superintendents, central office administrators, and aspiring district leaders.
