District leaders are being asked to improve outcomes without additional resources, making system alignment more important than ever. Using the Michigan Integrated Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MIMTSS) as a guide, this session focuses on practical strategies for organizing people, data, and supports to increase district-level impact. Participants will explore actionable ways to reduce fragmentation and improve efficiency across systems. Common implementation barriers will be addressed with real-world solutions leaders can apply immediately.
Sessions are open to superintendents, central office administrators, and aspiring district leaders.
