MASA’s Quickfire Sessions are intensive, two-hour learning opportunities based on member feedback and designed to provide school leaders with essential updates on critical education-related topics – this particular session will focus on Navigating Difficult Conversations.

In this session, leaders will explore how to lead meaningful, productive conversations about performance with clarity and confidence. Participants will gain practical strategies to reduce defensiveness, address challenges directly, and strengthen relationships through honest communication that supports both growth and accountability.
Sessions are open to superintendents, central office administrators, and aspiring district leaders.
