MASA’s Non-Instructional District Leaders (NIDL) is a dynamic three-day professional learning experience designed for non-instructional district leaders – Food Service Directors, Transportation Directors, Buildings & Grounds Supervisors, Early Childhood Program Directors, and more.

This series delivers a powerful mix of leadership skills, communication strategies, and wellness practices – anchored in real district challenges.Participants will gain a shared learning experience that strengthens alignment, communication, and mutual support across all areas of district operations

Building confidence in managing conflict and challenging conversations.

Participants will practice navigating difficult dialogues, de-escalating tension, and staying composed under pressure. Hands-on exercises and reflection give leaders practical tools, shared strategies, and the mindset to handle conflict with calm professionalism across their district.

Empowering leaders to leverage digital tools efficiently while prioritizing well-being.

Participants will explore effective communication, AI and technology applications, district policies, and strategies for resilience and work-life balance. Through hands-on demonstrations and reflection, leaders gain practical tools to stay effective, balanced, and ready to bring new strategies back to their district.
