Shawn Bishop, Ed.D.

Director of Research and Leadership Development 

Shawn has more than two decades of experience in education. He has held pivotal roles including Superintendent, Principal, Assistant Superintendent/Curriculum Director, Title and At-Risk Coordinator, Special Education Coordinator, and Preschool Program Director. He believes strongly that as educators, we must emphasize emotional and social resilience alongside academic achievement, reflecting a holistic approach to education.   

Shawn is a highly accomplished educational leader with a Doctorate in Educational Administration and Leadership from Central Michigan University, complemented by a Master of Arts in Educational Technology and two Bachelor of Science degrees. He also holds a Certificate of Leadership and Management from Harvard University.

Developing and implementing data collection systems; identifying trends and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of Association processes, programs, and initiatives; assisting with both the creation and modifications of professional learning opportunities.
