Superintendent
Individuals serving as Superintendent at one of Michigan’s 600+ public school districts and intermediate school districts.
Full access to MASA benefits, including legal services, contract support, and advocacy, along with all professional learning and networking opportunities.
Associate
Individuals serving as leaders in the education community (i.e. other state association executives, legislators, and other government representatives).
Engagement in MASA learning opportunities, events, and communications to stay connected to leadership practice.
Central Office Administrator
Individuals serving in leadership roles within the Central Office or performing district-wide oversight related to their role.
Access to professional learning, communications, member events, and advocacy updates that support system-level leadership.
Executive Assistant
Individuals serving as Executive Assistants supporting Michigan’s public school district and intermediate school district leaders.
Access to professional learning, communications, and events tailored to support administrative leadership roles.
Alumni
All retired Superintendent, automatically receive a lifetime Emeritus Membership with MASA, which includes access to
member-only events like our Fall and Midwinter Conferences. To stay more actively connected – and continue receiving
important updates and communications – sign up for MASA’s Alumni Membership.

Annual membership with MASA is valid from July 1 to June 30.
Membership payment is due on or before August 1 of each year.
