Contract Review and Recommendations
A superintendent contract review and recommendations service is available to current and incoming MASA members on request. The guidance that we provide related to new and existing contracts is regularly reviewed for consistency with our most current understanding of contract law and MPSERS policy. These services are offered to new superintendents who are negotiating their first contract as well as current superintendents who are reviewing their current agreement. We do we recommend you seek advice from your financial advisor concerning your specific fiscal circumstances, and financial goals.
