MASA’s Quickfire Sessions are intensive, three-hour learning opportunities designed to provide school leaders with essential updates on critical education-related topics – this particular session will focus on Board Relations.

A healthy and productive working relationship between a Superintendent and their Board of Education is essential. Missteps in this area often leads to conflict, dysfunction, and even job instability. Get strategies you need from experts at the Michigan Association of School Boards (MASB) and Hanover Research on how to foster trust, ensure open communication, and align with your board.

Sessions are open to superintendents, central office administrators, and aspiring district leaders, and are provided both in-person and via Zoom.*
