Bringing a group together to function as a highly effective, high–capacity team is difficult, even in the best of times. Doing that work in challenging times can seem nearly impossible. But there are ways forward. We’re excited to announce a joint workshop this March with the Michigan Association of School Boards (MASB) to focus on just that.
Join leaders from MASA and MASB for genuine conversations and practical tools focused on building cohesive governance teams in the midst of strife and division.
This virtual workshop is open to district Superintendents and Board of Education Presidents. Sessions will be Proactive Policies, Procedures, and People; Civility & Rules of Engagement; and, Moving from Theory to Reality.
