MASA Communications Intake Form

Please submit requests for new and edited marketing communications projects using the form below. After the form is submitted, you will receive an initial response within two business days. The communications team may schedule a meeting with you to discuss projects in more detail.

NOTE:  The communications team requires two weeks for every project. This does not include time for printing and mailing if it is needed.
